摘要
人与世界的关系一直是一种最为普遍的和最为根本的关系。而新闻是人们所了解的最新鲜的世界,它不断地向每个人及时地展现世界的最新鲜的面貌和状况,因而可称之为“世界图景”。世界永远是发展的世界,每一个社会的或自然界的最新事实与事件的发生和发展,都在表明整个世界的或大或小的改变与进展。所以,新闻就是对于世界每一个微小的或巨大的变化的及时传播,从而使得人们能够最及时地了解世界的最新面目,而且永远都能生活在一个最新鲜的世界之中。“世界图景”是人类通过最及时地了解实有世界最新变动的事实而达到整体认识和把握世界状况的一种方式。“图景”体现的是其原本具有的具像化特征,“世界”是其再建的“真相域”的世界。
Since man＇s birth, the relationship between man and the world is a basic one. It is news that brings us a fresh world that can be called ＂world view＂. The world is changing with continuous occurrences, big or small, so news brings us all changes in the world whose new face is known to all. ＂World view＂ is a way through which the whole changing world can be understood and held. And ＂view＂ is the vivid world and ＂world＂ is the reshaped world.
