摘要
介绍了在使用“H”形异形孔喷丝板的情况下,通过适当调整部分工艺参数(改变负荷、环吹条件、纺速、拉伸倍率、拉伸温度等),利用目前的主要设备来试生产“H”形异形纤维,从而了解该异形纤维的生产工艺和品质特性。
By using ＂H＂ shaped profiled orifice spinneret, proper adjusting part of the technology parameters such as changing the load, cross air blow condition, spinning speed, drawing ratio and drawing temperature etc, using the current main equipment, the ＂H＂ shaped profi ed fiber was trial produced. The production technology and quality characteristics were known.
