摘要
金融犯罪行为所造成的危害是严重的,损失是巨大的,因此,探究其行为的成因,预防其发生,就成为一个非常急切的课题。本文通过对金融犯罪处罚方式的法经济学分析,提出对其增加剥夺特定职业资格刑的处罚,以达到寻求最优化处罚方式。
It is a pressing urgency of exploring the source of financial crimes aimed to take preventive measures against financial crimes.the threat of which is so great and the loss of which is so tremendous,This article,through a legal economic analysis of penalties to financial crimes,concludes that an optimized way of penalization would come out the moment that the specific profession be disqualified as an additional penalty.
