摘要
社会主义和谐社会必定是法治社会。社会主义和谐社会绝不会自发生成、自然实现。构建社会主义和谐社会必须借助于法律制度的推动与保障。社会主义法治在推动和保障作用的发挥上应具有三个基本的条件:一是法律制度自身的和谐,这是法治发挥推动和保障作用的基础;二是法律机制运行的和谐,这是构建和谐社会的前提和中介;三是积极探索预防和化解社会矛盾的法律机制,这是构建和谐社会的直接保障。
The Socialist harmonions society shall be a society ruling by law.And can not be set up spontaneously.The constructio of socialist harmonious society needs the promotion and guarantee of the legal system.which shall have three fundamental condition as follows;first,that be legal system itself shall be harmonious is the basis of its being effective ;second,that the operation of legal mechanism shall be harmonious is the premise and agency of the construction of harmonious society;third,that we shall research actively on prevention and reconciliation of the social contradiction is the direct guarantee of the contruction of harmonious society.
