摘要
各国著作权法的一个基本原则就是只保护创意的表达而不包括创意本身。然而一个已经完成的具有新颖性和可操作性的创意常常蕴含着巨大的商业价值,坚持将这种知识性的成果排斥在著作权保护的范围之外对创意人权益的保护则未必周全。
In various countries the copyright law's basic principle is to protect the expression but not original idea itself. However,a completed novel and feasible idea usually bears huge commercial value.To a new idea owner,his rights and interests will not be protected fully if his mental fruits are kept outside the copyright protection scope.
