摘要
本文在确定单层材料长波辐射光学特性的基础上,提出了用Monte Carlo方法求取蜂窝结构集热器吸收板长波辐射损失减弱系数的计算模型。对圆管玻璃蜂窝结构和三角塑料蜂窝结构,计算分析了蜂窝尺度比及单层材料光学特性对其长波辐射损失减弱系数的影响。并将计算结果和实验结果作了对比,证明本文提出的计算方法和计算结果,可用于蜂窝结构集热器的优化设计。
Based on determining the infrared properties of single laye of materials, this paper establishs the appropriate physical models for the radiative heat transfer in honeycomb structure and presents procedures computing the infrared radiative loss decrease coefficient of the absorber plate with Mente Careo algorithm. The effect of the honeycomb aspect ratio and the infrared properties of materials on the decrease coefficient is discussed. The results predicted compare well with the experimental results and provide good information for the design and optimization of honeycomb structure collectors
