本文依据国家、部颁标准及有关文件规定，就实验测试原始记录的正确填写，计算公式的正确表示等提出了几点意见及看法。
According to the standards promulgated by state or Ministry and the related stipulatations of some documents,the author provides some views and understandings for that the original record correctly filled in and the calculated formula correctly expressed.
