摘要
为了解河南省中小城市亚健康人群的现状并探讨其主要诱因,调查了河南省九大职业群体。结果显示,亚健康状态率为55.59%,男性高于女性,说明河南省九大职业群体健康状况不容乐观。并提出运动和保健治疗亚健康的机理、方法及调控亚健康的宏观措施。
To understand the current status influeneing factors of sub - health on Henan nubig - city, a questionable survey was conductedin nine occupational groups. Results Show that the total prevalence rate of sub- health state was 55.59% ,and rate of male was significant highter than that of female. The sub - health state in Henan province is quite highlight, what the author holds arc the most convincing and suitable to treat people in sub - health state and their medical functions and macroscopic measures of avoiding the sub- health state.
