摘要
对我国优秀运动队的管理工作进行了理论和实践研究,试图分析新形势下我国优秀运动队管理工作的特点、存在的问题,并提出了有针对性的对策,为新时期我国优秀运动队的管理工作提供一系列的理论支持。
Through theoretical and practical researches on excellent athletic team＇s management work in China,this paper tries to analyze the characteristics, experiences and problems of excellent athletic team＇s management work in China in order to provide theories and countermeasures in support of the management work of excellent athletic team under the new situation.
