摘要
本文着重分析,设计了GTO测试主线路、门控电路及测试条件以及GTO性能参数数字显示仪、对GTO门极可关断阳极电流IATo关断时间tgq、存贮时间进行数字显示,研制后的关断测试仪通过了400A/1400VGTO的测试。测试结果表明:该GTO关断测试仪运行可靠、稳定。
In this paper, the main circuit、 Gate circuit, test conditions and digital display equipment for high-power GTO are analyzed and designed.Maximum G-ate turn-off current IATO, turn-off time tgq and storage time ts for GTO are displayed by digits. 400A/1400V GTO's are tested in the developed test equipment. The results of test show that the preforming of the test equipment is stable and reliable.
