摘要
[目的]研究人参复方口服液对小白鼠的抗辐射作用。[方法]按“保健食品检验与评价技术规范”对人参复方口服液进行检测及效果评价。[结果]高剂量组小白鼠照射后第14天外周血白细胞计数明显高于辐射对照组,血超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力增强,血清溶血素明显高于辐射对照组,骨髓细胞微核率明显低于辐射对照组。[结论]该口服液对辐射危害有明显辅助保护作用,可能与其能清除自由基和能减轻辐射引起的DNA损伤有关。
[ Objective] To investigate the assisting irradiation hazard protection function of panax ginseng mixture juice to provide theoretical basis for study of the radioprotection of Chinese herb. [ Methods ] Tests were done in accordance with “Technical Standards for Testing and Assessment of Health Food” issued by the Ministry of Health. [ Results] In high dose group, the hemolysin plague, activity of superoxide dismutase and white blood cell count 14 days after radiation were significantly increased as compared with the positive control groups ( P 〈0. 05 ) , while the rate of micronucleus in marrow declined markedly ( P 〈0. 05 ). [Conclusion] The results suggest that panax ginseng mixture juice could have obvious effect of assisting irradiation hazard protection. This may be associated with the ability of panax ginseng mixture juice in removing the free radicals and reduce the DNA damages induced by irradiation.
