摘要
运用灰色关联分析法和层次分析法相结合,定量评估国际工程投标项目的风险,结合实例分析表明,这种方法是一种有效的决策方法。
In this paper, the grey correlation analysis and the analytic hierarchy process are used to evaluate the risk quantitatively. The case study shows the method is a efficient decision method.
