放射性标记弓形虫在孕鼠体内示踪研究 被引量:2

摘要 125I-弓形虫尾静脉注入孕鼠后4,8,12,24,48,72,96和120h,母体主要脏器及胎鼠,胎盘等组织均受到不同程度的感染,主要脏器中放射性强度由高到低排序为肺、肝、脾、肾、心和脑,弓形虫对组织的侵犯呈局灶或点状分布,导致受害细胞破坏,周围组织有少量炎性浸润,从8h开始相继出现肝脾肿大,子宫出血,早产,流产,胎鼠死亡和胚胎液化等并发症,并逐有增多,母鼠肾和肠道均有弓形体排出。 25 I-Toxoplasma gondii were injected to pregnant mice hy vena candalis, the main organs, tissue, placenta and embryo of pregnant mice were found in varying degrees infected on 4, 8, 12, 24, 48, 72, 96 and 120h after injection. The degrees of radioaction found in the main organs ranged, from the highest to the lowest, in lungs, livers, spleens, kidneys, hearts and brains. The tissue injured by Toxoplasm gondii appeared in local and site infiltration, resulting in the breaking of infected cells and limited inflammation in the surrounding tissue. Pregnant mice were also found having complications with liver swelling, uterus bleeding, abortion, premature, birth dead and fetus sanguinotentis which started in 8h after injection and became more serious with the passing of time. At the same time, Toxoplasma gondii could be excreted from kidney and intestines.
