摘要
目的:探讨MSCT扫描及后处理对结肠癌的诊断特点。方法:对48例可疑结肠癌病人采用MSCT扫描及后处理技术进行检查与分析。结果:48例中有27例显示肿块型结肠癌、12例显示为浸润型结肠癌并显示肠腔不同程度的狭窄、8例溃疡性结肠炎显示了肠黏膜上多个溃疡面、仅1例难以确定。结论:MSCT及后处理技术在结肠癌的检查及诊断上有明显的优势。
Objective：To investigate the feature of MSCT and aftertreatment techniques in diagnosing colon carcinoma. Methods ：All 48 doubtful cases were examined and analyzed with MSCT and aftertreatment techniques at the same time. Results.A mass were seen in 27 of 48 cases of colon cancer, with infiltrating type and diversity degree of stenosis of the colon lumen in 12 cases. Multiulcers were seen in 8 cases of ulcerative colitis and only 1 case was hard to definite. Conclusion： MSCT and aftertreatment techniques are apparent superior methods to evaluate colon lesions, espicially for colon cancer, colitis.
