摘要
公共管理学是一门日趋显性的学科,专家、学者、乃至政府官员都侧重于公共管理过程的研究,而对公共管理学科的从业人员的研究则很少。本文从经济学的角度出发,分析公共管理学从业人员的显性与隐形,并提出相应的解决策略。
Public administration is being prominent in our society. Most scholars, theorists and officials have not focused on the practitioners of public administration, but on the progress of public administration. So the question that how to avoid the economically seeking selfinterest is not probed deeply. This paper tries to discusse it and give some suggestions from the economic perspective.
