摘要
新时期,高校思想政治工作面临着复杂的政治经济环境,同时随着高等教育改革的不断深化,大学生的思想政治观念出现了前所未有的新特点和新变化。辅导员作为思想政治工作的生力军,面临着许多新的挑战。
The college ideological and political work faces complicated political and economic environment in the new situation. As the reinforcement of the higher education reform, the college students＇ ideological and political viewpoints have taken on new characteristics and changes. The students＇ supervisors, the main force of the ideological and political work, are encountering new challenges.
