摘要
目的 依据教学大纲,用聚类分析确定《卫生统计学》49个复合知识点的难度等级。方法 运用专家评价法,对《卫生统计学》知识点的难度等级给予量化评分,对评分结果作随机区组设计的秩和检验,检验专家评价结果的一致性程度。然后采用系统聚类法对评分进行适当归类分析。结果 11位专家的评分差别无统计学意义(χ^2=8.40,P=0.590)。说明专家的评分意见基本一致。依据教育测量学,以欧氏平方距离(squaredeuclidean distance)测距,用类平均法(average method)和最长距离法(furthest neighbor method)测量类间距,进行两次聚类分析。结舍教学实际,综合两次聚类分析的结果,将难度等级划分为难、较难、适中、较易、易5类。结论 系统聚类法可以综合11位专家的意见,聚类结果与教学实践相结舍可以合理地划分知识点难度等级,为令后的《卫生统计学》教学提供指导和参考。
Objective To establish the difficulty degrees of 49 complicated knowledge poims in Health Statistics with hierarchical cluster method according to the teaching syllabus. Methods The scores which represented the difficulty degrees of the complicated knowledge points in Health Statistics were given by the experts. The accordance of the experts' scores was tested by Friedman Test. Then the difficulty degrees were classified with hierarchical cluster method. Results The results of Friedman Test showed no significant differences among the 11 experts' scores (χ^2 = 8.40, P = 0. 5901, which suggested that the 11 experts had almost the same idea of the difficulty degrees of the 49 complicated knowledge points in Health Statistics. In temps of educational measurement principles, the five difficulty degrees, which were the most difficult, very difficult, difficult, just so-so and easy, were established with hierarchical cluster method. Conclusion Hierarchical cluster method is an appropriate way to summarize the 11 experts' evaluation scores. The five reasonable difficulty degrees were established by teaching practice and the results of hierarchical cluster method will serve as the reference and guidance for teachers and learners.
