摘要
笔者对地锦(Parthenocissus tricuspidata)和五叶地锦(Parthenocissus quinque folia Planch)花粉生活力和贮藏性进行了研究。结果表明温度是影响地锦和五叶地锦花粉生活力的主要因素,地锦和五叶地锦花粉生活力随着贮藏天数的增加而明显的下降,贮藏的花粉短期内出现被迫休眠现象。以花粉生活力达40%为标准, 地锦和五叶地锦的新鲜花粉生活力均较高达97%以上。在室温条件下,地锦花粉保存10 d,五叶地锦花粉可保存17 d;在0-5℃条件下干燥贮藏,地锦可保存18 d,五叶地锦花粉可保存21 d。
The viability and storage time of the pollen collected from the two species of creeper woodbine (Parthenocissus tricuspidata Sieb et Zucc and Parthenocissus quinquefolia Planch ) were studied. The results showed that the effects of temperature on vitality and storability of pollen of creeper woodbine were important. The vitality of the two species of creeper woodbine pollen was decline with increase of number of store days in the room temperature(27-±1)℃. Stored pollen in a little time could be compelled dormancy. Compared the standard of vitality of poolen ,40%, vitality of the two species of creeper woodbine pollen was above 97%. The pollen of Parthenocisus tricuspidata could be conserved 10 days in room temperature without loss of viability and that the pollen of Parthenocissus quinquefolia could be conserved 17 days. When stored at 0~5℃, the pollen of two species of creeper woodbine could be conserved 18 and 21 days, respectively.
