产超广谱β-内酰胺酶的肠杆菌科细菌的研究

摘要 目的 探讨临床分离的肠杆菌科细菌产超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBLs)的情况,为临床用药提供参考依据.方法 采用纸片扩散初筛法、纸片扩散确证试验检测ESBLs.结果 254株肠杆菌科细菌中确证法检出产ESBLs者107株(42.1%).结论ESBLs是导致肠杆菌科细菌耐药的主要酶. Objective To investigate the production and distribution of extended spectrum β-dactamase enzyme in enterobactericaeae, and to provide references for the clinical application of drugs. Methods ESBI.s were detected by disc diffusion confirmatory test. Results Among 254 strains, 107 ESBLs bacteria accounted for 42.1%. Conclusion The ESBLs enzyme are considerably severe in drug resistance enterobactericaeae.
