摘要 目的建立饮用水中痕量溴酸盐的直接进样-电导离子色谱测定法。方法选用DionexIonPacAS19型分析柱,抑制型电导检测器,EG40淋洗液发生器在线产生KOH淋洗液,进行梯度淋洗,进样体积为250μl。结果溴酸盐浓度在5~100μg/L范围内具有良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),RSD<5%,检出限为0.70μg/L,样品加标平均回收率为89.7%~96.8%。结论该方法操作简单,分析快速,灵敏度高,重现性好。 Objective To develop a method for determination of trace bromate in drinking water by ion chromatography with conductivity detection. Methods The separation of the bromate was conducted on Dionex IonPae AS19 analytical column with KOH eluent as the gradient eluent which was produced online by EG40 eluent generator, the detection was performed by the suppressed conduetivity detector with the injection volume of 250 μl. Results This method had good relativity of the linearity (r=0.999 9) at the range of 5-100 μg/L and high precision (RSD〈5%). The average rates of recovery of the samples were 89.7%- 96.8% and the detection limit for bromate was 0.70 μg/L. Conclusion This method is considered to be simple, fast, sensitive and with a good repeatability.
