摘要
针对逆变器开关元件短路及断路故障问题,提出了一种新的电动机变频调速系统实时故障检测方法。基于对称分量方法,研究了逆变器输出电压信号的正序对称分量,建立了变频调速系统的数字状态空间模型。利用卡尔曼滤波实现了电压信号的基本正序对称分量实时无偏估计,通过实际系统与理想无故障系统基本正序对称分量的比较,提出了基本谱残差的概念,并给出了故障决策函数,实现了调速系统的实时在线故障检测。仿真结果验证了该方法的有效性。
Aimed at the switch-off and switch-on fault occurred in the inverter, a new real-time fault detection method for inverter-fed motor drive systems is presented, Based on the symmetrical components technique, the positive sequence (PS) symmetrical component of inverter voltage signal is studied, the numerical state-space model of the drive system is established. The real-time unbiased estimation of the PS fundamental symmetrical component is pertbrmed based on Kalman filter. The fundamental spectral residue is generated by comparing the fundament symmetrical component of the practical system with fault and ideal system without fault, The concept of fundamental spectral residue is put forward, the fault decision-making function is defined and the faults are detected, The simulation results shows the effectiveness of the method.
