摘要
为了探讨电源谐波对VVVF变频器驱动高功率密度异步电机运行性能的影响,采用异步电机的谐波等效电路法分析了谐波对电机损耗和转矩的影响,建立了变频器驱动高功率密度异步电机的系统模型,给出了不同电源下电机损耗和转矩的仿真结果及电机和变频电源最佳匹配的方法。仿真结果表明,电源谐波加剧电机发热,降低电机的带载能力和功率密度。
In order to discuss the impact of supply harmonic on high power density induction motor equipped with VVVF converter, harmonic equivalent circuit is used to analyze the impact in this paper, a system model of high power density induction motor equipped with converter is built, simulation result of this motor fed by different source is given, and a method of optimum match between motor and converter is presented. Result indicates that supply harmonic causes more heat, less load and power density to motor.
