摘要
针对当前某型发动机自整角机角度传感器测量不准确、抗干扰能力弱等问题,根据该传感器自身的工作原理,设计了一种数字角位移传感器,分析了其静态和动态特性。该传感器以自整角机传感器和CMOS低频锁相环电路为核心,用于航空发动机控制系统中角位移测量。通过实验表明,该传感器相位移动小,干扰噪声抑制能力强,响应速度较快;测量误差可达±0.01,°可以及时有效地对角位移进行跟踪测量。
For resolving the problem of inaccurate measuring and weak anti-jamming in self-adjust angle transformer in a certain aero-engine, according to the principle of this transformer, a digital angle-displacement sensor has been designed to analyze it' s static and dynamic characteristic. The sensor' s core are self-adjust angle transformer sensor and low frequency CMOS phase lock loop. It can be used in measuring angle-displacement in aero-engine control system. It shows many advantages, such as decreasing phase angle measuring error, eliminating random noise, improving response speed and measuring error as precisely as 0.01°. It can track and measure angle-displacement availability.
