永磁直线伺服系统H_∞鲁棒控制的综合与分析 被引量:3

摘要 基于鲁棒控制理论对永磁直线伺服系统进行综合与分析,在建立系统状态空间模型的基础上,将直线伺服系统的综合问题归结为标准的H∞控制问题,通过求R iccati不等式的对称正定解得到H∞控制器,以保证系统的鲁棒性;同时,分析了采用H∞控制器的系统性能。仿真实验结果表明,用该方法设计的控制系统具有良好的抑制扰动和跟踪给定效果,满足对高性能直线伺服系统控制的要求。 This paper presents synthesis and analysis of robust control for permanent magnet linear servo system based on robust control theory. On the basis of building the system state space model, the synthesis of linear servo system is converted into a standard H∞ control problem. An H∞ robust controller which can guarantee robustness of the system is obtained through solving an algebraic matrix Riccati inequality with symmetrically positive solution. At the same time, the performance of system with H∞ robust controller is analysed. The simulation results indicate that the linear servo system with H∞ robust controller not only can guarantee a good restraint for uncertain disturbance as well as the tracks of input signal, but also can satisfy control requirement for high-performance linear servo system.
