摘要
高校财务管理是指高校范围内有关资金的计划、组织、筹集、调拨、融通、使用、分配以及资金使用效益管理工作的总称。随着高校逐步走向市场和学校的规模化、集约化发展,高校的财务管理必然成为学校管理的重要内容。如何强化高等学校财务管理,已成为高校经济工作探索的重要课题。
