摘要
绕带压力容器在我国已得到推广应用,为探讨其设计理论,作者分析了绕带压力容器的结构与变形特点,导出了钢带应力的精确公式,并用等效摩擦力模型对摩擦力的加强作用给予了考虑,然后结合内筒对容器的总体应力进行了公式推导求解。本文作了实验验证,容器应力的理论值和实测值相当接近。
A new type of PresUre vessel wound with flat steel ribbons has been widely used in china. In this paper, the structure and deformation characteristic of the new type vessel was discussed and then the precise stress expressions in steel ribbon layers were derived. The friction among the layers has a considerable effect on the strengh of the inner core. The effect was considered with a equivalent friction model.And then the gneeral stress formulations were derived and obtained. For this new type vessel a simple comparion between experiment data and calculation data has been given.They are quite close each other.
