摘要
利用四种纳米粒子填充改性聚四氟乙烯(PTFE),并研究了改性PTFE复合材料的物理机械性能。结果表明:纳米粒子会使PTFE的力学性能发生变化,提高了复合材料的硬度;但会使复合材料的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率降低。
In this paper, four kinds of nanoerystalline materials made in china were used to modify PTFE, The tests on mechanical properties composites were conducted, The results showed that nanocrystalline materials can be make the mechanical properties of PTFE changed, the use of nanocrystalline materials increases the hardness of PTFE, while the tensile strength and elongation at break of PTFE dercreased at the same time, So the content of should be controlled according to the requirement for the application of the modified PTFE.
