摘要
交流伺服电机对于数控往复式摩擦磨损试验机的开发具有重要的意义,它的应用提高了试验机的精确性和稳定性。文中介绍了在该摩擦磨损试验机开发中的交流伺服系统控制方案的确定、伺服驱动器用户常数的设置、控制电路的设计和控制程序的开发。
AC servo moto plays an important role in the development of NC reciprocating friction and wear test-machine, it improves the accuracy and stability of the test-machine, The confirmation of the servo control scheme, the setup of the user's constants, the design of the control circuit and the development of the control program has been introduced in this paper.
