摘要
人文环境建设是人全面发展的前提性条件,重视人文环境建设是我国文明进步的重要标志。但在目前颇为热烈的人文环境建设的讨论中存在着两个根本性缺陷:一是过于狭窄的文化观,因而不能观照人文环境建设的客观实践的整体;二是公式化、概念化、标签化、简单化问题,因而不能体现人文环境建设的人文本质。认为要实现人文环境建设的科学性和有效性,就必须深刻理解科学发展观在党的理论创新过程中的里程碑意义,自觉坚持以科学发展观为指导,确立大人文环境观;必须加强人文环境建设人学理论和方法论依据的研究,着眼建设和谐社会,确立科学的构建原则。
The construction of humanistic environment is the precondition for the full development of human beings and attaching importance to it indicates the civilization advance in our country. However, there are two prime flaws in the current heated discussion on it. One is the confined culture concept, which cannot cover the objective practice of construction of humanistic environment as a whole. The other is the formulation and simplification of problems, which cannot demonstrate the human nature of construction of humanistic environment. We believe that for the sake of the realization, of the scientificalness and validity of construction of humanistic environment, we must take the important thoughts of “Three Represents” and the scientific developing concept as a guide to identify the grant human circumstance concept from the great culture concept. We should reinforce the study on humanity and methodology to construct the harmonious society and identify the scientific constructing principle.
