摘要
民营企业家在中国是一个特殊的社会群体,他们的素质和能力代表着中国经济发展的未来希望。目前,根据资本市场民营企业家的表现,具体分析导致民营企业家触犯法律的制度因素及自身的价值观的扭曲,其结论是民营企业家的价值取向将直接影响民营企业经营发展的方向,是导致民营企业触犯法律的思想根源。要推动民营企业健康发展,必须以完善、规范的制度约束作保障。在此基础上,民营企业必须承担起社会责任,承担社会责任,增强社会公德和社会责任意识,这企业实现可持续发展的前提条件。
The private enterpriser is special secial group in China, their quality and ability represent the future hope of economy development of Chitin. Therefore, this text analyzed the factors of the private enterpriser offending legal and the distortion of value view eccording to the performance of private enterprisers in capital market. The analysis believed that the private enterpriser＇ s value orientatien will directly affect the development and business direction of private enterprises and is the thought root of the private enterprises offending law. Impelling healthy development of the private enterprises must regard rgard the perfect and standard system restraint as safeguard. In this foundation, the text put forward the basic idea which undertaking the social responsibility, enhancing social morality and social responsibility consciousness is the premise conditions to realize the sustainable development of the enterprises.
