摘要
针对低压大电流母线桥的降噪难题,建立了某型号母线桥的全三维数值模型,应用有限元和边界元综合分析法,对其进行了振动声学数值计算.计算过程中,以电磁场分析结果作为振动分析外激励载荷,进行振动响应分析,再以振动响应计算结果作为声学边界条件,采用间接边界元法,对母线桥声学特性进行了计算,计算结果与实验数据对比表明仿真模型和计算方法的有效性.在此基础上,根据仿真结果改进结构,实验验证其具有良好的降噪效果.
3-D simulation model of heavy current bus bar bridge was constructed. Numerical analysis of vibration and acoustic characters was studied by using finite element method (FEM) and boundary element method (BEM). First, the electromagnetic force in the system is taken as a load in the vibration analysis and the vibration response characters are obtained. Then the vibration response characters are taken as boundary conditions, the acoustic characters of the bus bar bridge are calculated by using indirect BEM. The calculated results were compared with the experimental results which shows the effectiveness of the simulation model and simulation method. At last the ameliorative structure was given based on the simulation results. The noise level can be effectively decreased with this structure.
