鼻内窥镜下双极射频等离子下鼻甲减容术42例报道 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨鼻内窥镜下射频减容术治疗下鼻甲肥厚的效果。方法对42例下鼻甲肥大所致鼻塞的患者采用鼻内窥下射频减容术缩小下鼻甲。结果双侧下鼻甲体积缩小,鼻塞症状消失或减轻。结论射频减容术是安全、有效、微创地治疗下鼻甲肥大所致鼻塞的较好治疗方法。
