摘要
目的通过ISO 9001:2000贯标,构建高效的临床输血安全管理平台。方法根据ISO 9001:2000标准要求,建立健全临床输血质量管理的文件系统:以病人为中心,程序控制,修正现有程序,预防和纠正措施,以及持续改进。结果建立了临床输血质量管理体系,满足了临床的服务要求,达到了预期的质量管理目标,安全意识和服务质量显著提高。结论ISO 9001:2000标准的应用,对确保临床输血的安全性和有效性,为临床提供高效的服务,具有重要意义。
Objective To establish the high-efficiency platform of clinical transfusion safety management with passing the ISO 9001：2000. Methods According to the ISO 9001：2000 standards ,the document system of transfusion quality management was established. It imcluded regarding the patient as the center, process control, revision of existing procedures,preventive and corrective action, and continual improvement. Results The system of clinical transfusion quality management was set up. It satisfied the servi ce needs of clinical department, attained to the anticipative quality management objective, improved manifestly the safety consciousness and service quality. Conclusion ISO 9001：2000 has an important significance to guarantee safety and effectiveness of clinical transfusion, and offers a high-efficiency service.
