Fault Diagnosis of Gearbox Based on its System Performance

摘要 将传递函数理论引入齿轮箱故障诊断,用频响函数代替传递函数进行系统分析。在单输入输出的齿轮箱实验台上做仿真实验。以主轴转矩信号为输入,箱体上采集的振动信号为输出,利用功率谱估计方法求出系统的频率特性函数。在相同实验条件下,频响函数发生改变标志着系统出现故障,认为这种故障的出现为系统失去稳定性。通过Nyquist稳定判据分析系统频响函数,如果系统不稳定,将有故障存在。 The transfer function theory was applied to gearbox fault diagnosis and was taken place by frequency response function to analyze system performance. The emulate test was carried on a single input - output gearbox laboratory. Use the main shaft angular force as input and the vibration got from the case as output. We attained the system frequency response function based on power spectrum estimation. Under the similar rotational speed and load laboratory conditiens, the changes of frequency response function mean the appearance of faults. We define this change or fault as losing stability of the system. There will be faults if the system loses its stability through analyzing system response function with Nyquist criterion.
