摘要
活塞位移法根据钢丝绳在提升过程中的张力差直观地表现为活塞伸缩的不同步的原理,借助于现代传感技术和微控制技术,实现了钢丝绳张力的实时采集和自动处理。测定的结果,不但反映了张力的不平衡情况,而且直接为调绳或车削绳槽提供了量化指标。
During the process of hoisting, the displacement of the pistons in equilibrator＇ s jack is the direct embodiment of the tension of every rope. Therefore, a new method - piston - displacement method is presented by means of the modern sensor and mierocontroller technology. The hoist wire rope tension can be tested and analyzed automatically, accurately and reliably using the new method. The result of measuring can provide a direct numerical criterion for adiusting the length or cutting groove.
