摘要
FU链运机是利用散状物料具有的内摩擦力和侧摩擦力的特性,进行输送物料的。从FU链运机的输送原理出发,对物料在承载段进行了受力分析,确定了料槽内最高的送料高度。分析了链承载段及空载段的运行阻力,建立了承载段运行阻力的力学模型,推导出了FU链运机功率的通用计算公式。
FU chain conveyor can transporting particle material by using the properties which the material has the friction and side press force. This paper has set up the mold how to decide the resistance on the loading line of the conveyor and on the unloading line, which is based on the transporting principle. This paper also developed the formula how to deciding the power consumed of the FU chain conveyor.
