摘要
报道了1-(4-硝基苯基)-3-(5-溴-吡啶)-三氮烯(NPBPDT)的合成及其与镍的显色反应。在Triton X-100的存在下,pH值为11.0的Na2B4O7-NaOH缓冲溶液中,该试剂能与镍发生显色反应,镍与NPBPDT形成摩尔比为1:2型的黄色配合物,450nm处有一最大正吸收峰,在535nm处有一最大负吸收峰。以450nm为参比波长,535nm为测量波长进行双波长测定,表观摩尔吸光系数为2.36×10^5L·mol^-1·cn^-1,镍的质量浓度在0~0.48μg/mL范围内符合比尔定律。用拟定方法测定合金中的微量镍,结果满意。
A novel reagent, 1- (4-nitrophenyl) -3- (5-bromopyridyl) -triazene ( NPBPDT), was synthesized. In the presence of surfactant, Triton X-100 and in the Na2B4O7 - NaOH medium at pH 11.0, the reagent reacted with nickel ion to form a yellow complex with a molar ratio of 1 : 2. The absorption spectrum of the complex exhibited two maximum peaks: a positive one at λ450nm and a negative one at λ535nm. The absorbance of the complex was measured at λ535nm using λ450nm, as the reference wavelength. Beers law was obeyed in the range of 0 -0. 48μg/mL with a molar absorptivity 2. 36×10^5 L· mol^-1·cm^-1 The method has been applied to the direct determination of nickel in aluminum alloy with satisfactory results.
