摘要
建立了反相高效液相色谱法测定枇杷露中乌索酸的含量,同时采用光电二极管阵列检测器检测乌索酸色谱峰的纯度。色谱柱为Nova—Pak C18(3.9×150mm,4μm),流动相为甲醇-水(88:12),流速1.0mL/min,检测波长210nm,柱温25℃。乌索酸在0.0395~0.237μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9991),检出限为0.2mg/L(3a),平均回收率为98.7%。该法适于对含有乌索酸的药物进行质量评价。
A determination method of ursolic acid in Zhike Pipa Lu by reversed - phase high performance liquid chromtograph was established, At the time the purity of ursolic acid peak was detected by means of Photodiode Array Detector (PAD). The chromatographic column, Nova- Pak C18 (3.9×150 mm, 4μm) , methanol -water (88: 12, V/V) mobile phase with 1.0 mL/min flow rate, the detected wavelength (210 nm) ,and the column temperature(25℃) were adopted. The calibration curve of ursolic acid was linear under the content of 0. 039 5-0.237μg. The correlation coefficient was over 0.999 1. The detected limit was 0.2 mg/L (3σ). The average recovery of ursolic acid acid was 98.7 %. The method can be adapted to evaluate the quality of medicine that contains ursolic acid.
