摘要
从土地利用的生产稳定性、资源安全性、生态保持性、经济可行性、社会可接受性5个方面,以贵州沿河县为例,进行了县域土地可持续利用的评价研究。提出了土地生产率、人均耕地面积等14个指标,并以小康标准等为依据构建了可持续状态的土地评价指标的目标值,使用功效函数和AHP法进行指标计算和权重确定,运用综合评分法对沿河县土地可持续利用进行最终评价并进行等级划分。结果显示,沿河县土地可持续利用程度处于基本可持续状态,从1996~2002年,其土地利用的可持续性不断提高,但资源的安全性和利用的经济性仍较差。
In this paper, the author tries to use methods to evaluate land sustainable use in karst areas, for example, Yanhe county, Guizhou province, China. The author puts forward index system, using multi - aid decision, model and multi - aid liner functions from production stabilization, resource safety, economic feasibility, ecosystem retentiveness and social acceptability. The index system consists of 14 indexes as production rate, land area per head, etc. The results indicate that the sustainability of land use of Yanhe has been increasing for years. However, resource safety and economic feasibility are very low.
