摘要
本文采用确定性研究和随机性研究相结合的方法,在人群耐受能力和人员疏散准备时间服从正态分布规律的基础上,推导出了综合反映火灾发展过程、人群耐受能力以及人员疏散行为三类随机性的人员安全疏散的概率模型。应用安全性等价概念,建立了一种定量评价方法,可以判定人员安全疏散的性能化防火设计采用的替代性技术措施,是否和它所替代的“规格式”规范规定的技术措施的安全水平等价。最后利用该方法对某实际工程案例进行了安全等价性分析,选择了合适的设计方案。
In this paper, a new method was developed evaluate whether the alternative technical measures taken in the safe evacuations of occupants are equivalent between the performance- based designs and the traditional “prescriptive” codes. The deterministic methods are combined with those stochastic ones to deduce the mathematical model for safe evacuation that can comprehensively reflect the three classes of randomicity in the fire development process, endurance capacity of occupants and evacuation behaviors of occupants, The connotative safe evacuation probability in the prescriptive codes is taken as the acceptance criterion for the alternative measures adopted in the performance-based designs. The method was applied in a practical case to evaluate the safety equivalence of several fire protection design schemes.
