摘要
γ—Fe—C和γ如Fe—Ni—C合金马氏体相变的价电子分布规律的研究表明,固溶体中,共价数n_c在总价电子中所占的比例与马氏体相变温度M_s以及M_s下奥氏体屈服强度σsMs之间存在很好的线性关系。再一次论证了马氏体相变的难易本质上决定于晶体原子间键强度。计算表明,在γ-Fe—C中,当C at%增加或在γ—Fe—Ni—C中,碳含量不变,Ni at%增加时都导致上升,都会使马氏体相变难以发生,使得M_s下降,这一结果与实验事实一致。
From the analysis of the valence electron structure in γ-Fe-C and γ-Fe-Ni-C alloys the average value, i.e.the ratio of the number of covalent electrons nc to the total number of valence electrons, is calculated fo each case.It is found that there is parallel correspondence between η and both the martensitic transformation temperature Ms and the yield strength σsMs of austegitic phase.Asη characterizes the bond strength between atoms in alloys, Ms and σsMs depend on the bond strength between atoms essentially. Thus we can predict the effect of element substiuition on the martensitic transformation by calculating η from electron theory.
