益生菌粘附特性研究方法进展 被引量:5

摘要 近年来,微生态制剂作为一种新兴的保健品或者药品。在预防和治疗肠道微生态失调引起的腹痛、腹泻时,由于它的安全无副作用,避免了以往滥用抗生素带来的负而效应,因此,已为大多数人所肯定。当益生茼(probiotics)粘附于宿主肠道内时,对调节肠道微生态失调、促进机体免疫功能起着重要的作用。尤其是粘附性能作为益生菌的重要特点之一,已被越来越多的学者重视,而且新的研究方法也不断涌现,笔者就近年来益生菌粘附特性的研究方法进行综述如下:
