摘要
结合Instron1343疲劳试验机开发了低周疲劳裂纹扩展速率试验系统。系统由数据采集和计算机数据处理软件两部分组成,可以在连续、停机状态下完成常温、低温(-50℃)实时采集载荷P、载荷位移D和裂纹缺口位移V3个模拟量数据采集。在制动盘蠕墨铸铁常温、低温(-50℃)低周疲劳裂纹扩展速率试验中得到应用。
Combined with Instron1343 fatigue test bed, the low-cycle fatigue crack growth rate-test system was developed. The system consists of two pans of data collection and computer data processing. Three simulation data processing parameters of load P, load displacement D and crack opening displacement V are collected at normal temperature and low temperature ( -50 ℃ ). The test system is applied to the test of break disc compacted graphite cast iron at normal and low temperature.
