摘要
目的研究金雀异黄素对人肝癌细胞SMMC-7721生长的影响。方法应用MTT法、流式细胞术和透射电镜超微结构观察分析金雀异黄素对SMMC-7721细胞生长的作用,细胞周期及形态学的影响。结果金雀异黄素明显抑制人肝癌细胞SMMC-7721的生长,G2/M期细胞增加。透射电镜超微结构观察发现金雀异黄素使肿瘤细胞超微结构改变。结论金雀异黄素可通过改变细胞的周期和超微结构而抑制人肝癌细胞生长。
Objective To investigate the effect of genistein on human hepatocarcinoma cell line SMMC-7721, Methods The effect of genistein on the growth of SMMC-7721 cells was evaluated by MTT assay in vitro,cell cycle analysis and characteristic ultrastructural alterations. Results Genistein was effective in inhibiting the proliferation of SM MC-7721 cells. Cell cycle analysis indicated that the number of cells was increased in G2/M phase. The inhibitory effect of genistein was confimed by characteritie ultrastructural alterations. Conclusion Genistein inhibits the proliferation of hepatocarcinoma cell line SM MC-7721 in vitro mainly by altering the cell cycle and ultrastrueture.
