摘要
本文讨论了滚切大质数齿圆柱齿轮以及斜齿圆柱齿轮时减小齿向误差的挂轮计算方法。用微型计算机实际计算所得结果表明,应用文中得出的挂轮计算和验算公式以及优选滚齿机有关传动链各挂轮的计算方法计算挂轮,能有效而方便地减小由挂轮计算误差引起的齿向误差。
In this paper a technigue of the change gear set calculation for minimizing the angle deflection of tooth curve on hobbing the cylindrical spur and spiral gear with prime tooth number greater than 100 as well as other cylindrical spiral gear were discussed. The numerical examples operated on microcomputer illustrated that by applying the derived formulas of the change gear set calculation and error check, as well as the procedure of seeking the optimal combination of change gear sets of related gearing chains of the hobbing machine, the angle deflection of tooth curve of the gear under hobbing, induced by the de-viation of change gear ratio from theoretical transmitting ratio, can be evidently and conveniently reduced.
