摘要
在大隆水利枢纽前期工程施工中,监理部能把握汛前工程进度要求的主线,优化各生产要素,对多个承包商实行量化管理,实现了业主要求的控制目标,使完工项目质量评定优良率超过90%。为此,主要对大坝工程实施过程中的监理要点进行分析。
During the construction of the prophase works of Dalong Water Control Project, the supervisor can hold the construc- tion progress and optimize various basic factors of the construction with quantitative management on all the contractors concerned in accordance with the requirement of the construction schedule before flood season ; with which the control objectives required by the owner are realized with the top construction quality rate over 90%. Therefore, the key points of the supervision for the construction of the dam are introduced herein.
