摘要
重症监护病房作为普及和发展危重病医学的基地，在我国尚为新的学科，为探讨综合医院ＩＣＵ不同的发展模式哪种更适合我国的国情和医院需要，学习国外有关文献、专著并结合出国考察、国际学术交流获得的资料，和对国内综合医院ＩＣＵ不同发展模式的现状及我们的工作实践进行分析、比较。结果表明在我国现在的国情下，综合医院中综合ＩＣＵ的发展较专科ＩＣＵ的发展快。认为在我国的综合医院，应集中财力和技术首先发展综合ＩＣＵ，在危重病医学的思想观念发展和普及到一定程度的前提下。
Different models of developing ICU in general hospitals were compared to find out which one WAs more suitable for our national condition and hospital requirement.Articles from foreign literatures,informations collected from visits abroad and international academic communications,present situation of different developing models of ICU in general hospitals of our country,and experience from our own practice were analyzed and compared.The results indicated that general ICU in general hospitals develops faster than specialized ICU.So in general hospitals of our country,financial resource and technique should be amassed to develop first the general ICU.Once the Critical Care Medicine has been developed and popularized to a certain degree,the establishment of specialized ICU is then more suitable to the nations situation and in conformation with the essential ideas of the developement of ICU.
