摘要
观察妥布霉素治疗呼吸道感染40O例,出现不良反应16例(4%),其中60岁以上老年人10例(62.5%),连续用药超过10d有12例(75%),提示60岁以上老年人及用药时间超过l0d需慎重.
The 400 patients with respiratiory tract infections were treated by tobramycin. 16 patients were found to have toxic reactions(4%). 10 patients of the 16 patients were over 60 years old (62. 5%), and 12 patients took the medicine for over 10 days in a row (75%). Care shoule be taken in the patient over 60 or those who took the medicine for more than 10 days in the treatment with tohramycin.
