摘要
本文介绍了1994年9月焦作市某郊区小学因口服碘油丸而诱发的一起群性癔病事件,91名用药者中36人(39.6%)发病,主要表现为恶心、腹痛、乏力、头晕、胸闷、四肢发冷、啼哭等,体检无异常.经心理暗示和对症处理迅速康复.
Thirty-six Cases of colonial hysterics were caused by oral administration of iodined oil capsules in a elementary school in a suburb of Jiaozhuo City. 36 of 91 pupils who took the medicine developed the disease, accounting for 39. 6%. The main manifestations of the disease were nausea, abdominal pain, fatigue, dizziness, cold extremities and crying etc. Physical examination revealed no abnormality. The patients were cured by psychological hint and other symptom-relieving measures.
