摘要
应用盘状聚丙烯酸胺凝胶(PAGE)电泳对绿色木霉A10及其混合培养碑酒酵母和曲霉所产生的纤维素酶进行了初步研究。通过凝胶段切割没提酶液分析表明,混合培养,特别是混合培养曲霉时有较多的同工酶带和较高的酶活力,说明混合培养法提高酶活性是活化调节基因和共生菌产酶协同作用的结果。
Cellulases from Trichod erma virid e A10, and mixed culture with Saccharomy cescerevisiae or Acyergillus sp. were seperated by polyacrylamide disc gel electrophoresis. Ac-cording to the assay of cellulase activity of each gel slice cuting from unstained control gels,it was found that the enzame composition from the mised cultures were dmerent from themonoculture. More isozyme bands and higher activities were observed in the mixed cultures,especialiy in the mixed culture with Asergillus. The removed product inhibition and en-hanced enzpoe activity by mixed culture suggested that the active regulator genes of cellulasein Trichod erma, and the β-glucosidase and other isozwne composition from mixed culture mi-croorganisms all worked together.
